Kevin Fremon

Founder / Director of Innovation & Imagination

With over ten years of professional experience in the web/print/branding/packaging/design field, Fremon is a hands-on leader who strongly believes in consistently raising the bar of industry standards in visual media communication.

Formerly employed as a creative with a major entertainment corporation, the high volume of demand for Fremon's creative eye propelled him to open his own design studio, Don't Blink Design, Santa Monica, CA.

Today, Kevin's passion lies in creating original concepts and innovative ideas for todays web 2.0+ and mobile software development markets. Fremon's creative eye and instinct for intuitive interface design, color weaving, and strategic branding are what make DBD a complete full service web development and design firm. Having to know each project from the code-base architecture to the pixels you see on screen, Kevin believes in a harmonious balance of form AND function.

Will Mason

Partner / Director of Technology

A natural engineer, Will began building computers at the age of 7 and mastered web development by 15. Hours of Apache Doc reading, open source code reversal, and a "no one can stop me" attitude have led to his cutting-edge technical abilities.

As a developer at NewCars.com (now Cars.com), Will wore many "hats" - webmaster of the company's three main websites, internal tool developer, sales & support team application writer, as well as accounts receivable.

Today at Don't Blink Design, Will is responsible for the creation, implementation, and master-minding of some of the most sophisticated dynamically driven websites in the industry. Between leading a team of talented programmers or coordinating large scale server architecture, Mason remains hands-on as DBD's strongest developer.

Dustin Brown

Director of Bending Time & Space

Dustin brings several years of business acumen and entrepreneurial success to DBD. As an owner/operator of one of the most successful AT&T franchises in the San Diego area, before selling his company and joining DBD.

Excellent sales ability, knowledge of finance, overall operations and business development, Brown is a essential part of Don't Blink Design's continuing success.

Daily, Dustin plays a variety of roles. As the client liaison extraordinaire, you're sure to be speaking with Dustin on a regular basis during the creation of your big idea. While orchestrating the timeline and schedule of a multitude of accounts, meeting with clients (in the office or on the course), or brainstorming revenue waterfalls, he continues to bring a personal touch to every project.
